Delle professioniste vi guideranno nella realizzazione del vostro portachiavi Tortellino, il ricordo perfetto di questa meravigliosa città: Bologna la rossa, la dotta ma soprattutto la grassa! Non perdere l'occasione di vivere un'esperienza autentica nel cuore della città. Vi aspettiamo numerosi!  Quello che forse non sapete sui tortellini è che la loro forma deriva da nientepopodimeno che... l'ombelico! Secondo la leggenda, qualche secolo fa, uno sguardo maschile sorprese le forme nude di una nobildonna - c'è chi dice addirittura fosse la Dea Venere - e ne rimase estasiato, al punto da volerle riprodurre in cucina.

What you might not know is that its particular shape derives from... the belly button! According to the legend, a few centuries ago, a man stare caught the naked body of a Lady - someone says it was even Venus! - and he liked it so much that he wanted to copy those shapes in a recipe.
